Each has a different purpose in your body. White lymphocytes are needed for fighting infection that can enter your body through the air you breath and also your food that you eat.

Your white blood cells assist the immune system to fight disease. They help eliminate pathogens, such as bacteria, viruses, fungi and parasites. The brown cells assist your white cells by removing pathogens. They also provide the nutrients that your white cells need to remain active.

Lymphocytes are responsible for helping maintain your immunity. As you age, your body produces less white blood cells and the number of brown lymphocytes decreases.

Lymphocytes have been called “little guys” by some physicians. These little guys help you fight disease. They help your white blood cells by producing antibodies to fight infection. They also help your white blood cells divide and produce T-cells.

Lymphocytes are also involved in the immune response. They help your white blood cells eliminate substances that are harmful to your health. Lymphocytes also help in the removal of toxins that enter your body from your environment.

Lymphocytes are essential for life. The immune system needs them to function properly. When your immune system is functioning properly, the lymphatic system works at full strength, which helps your body to fight disease and to remove any foreign substances that may enter your body.

If your immune system is not functioning correctly, your body cannot fight the disease effectively. When you have chronic diseases, you could have a weakened immune system.

Lymphocytes help your white blood cells to fight bacteria and other foreign substances. If your lymph glands are not producing enough white blood cells, your lymph nodes are not working properly. and you will have an increased risk of getting sick.

As the immune system weakens, your white blood cells will become inactive and you will be prone to getting sick more often. As well, a weakened immune system will produce fewer white blood cells to fight disease. The body will produce fewer antibodies to fight disease.

Many times, a lymphatic problem will affect many different parts of the body at once. This means that a large number of different problems will occur simultaneously. You will suffer from fatigue, joint pain, headaches, etc. Some symptoms will include diarrhea and anemia.

Many times people have an increased risk of developing chronic conditions because of weakened immune systems. Chronic illness can lead to serious complications such as high cholesterol, cancer, arthritis and other degenerative conditions. You may not feel like yourself. You may have a decrease in energy levels.

If your immune system is weak, your white blood cells will not be able to kill bacteria and other foreign substances. This can cause chronic health problems that include allergies, asthma, allergies, sinusitis, depression, fatigue, etc. You will also be at higher risk for acquiring some of the serious illnesses like leukemia and cancer.

Lymphocytes help to prevent these diseases. When you have a compromised immune system, you will be at greater risk for getting sick because your lymph glands will not be able to produce enough lymphocytes to help fight infections.

In order to help boost your immune system and the production of lymphocytes, you will need to eat foods that contain the following nutrients: zinc, calcium, magnesium, vitamin E, thiamine, folic acid and potassium. You will also need to use supplements that contain vitamins C and B12.
